It's fairly easy to post pics on here.
1) You must have an account with an image hosting site such as photobucket or imageshack (I use photobucket-acct is free to set up)
2) Upload the photo from your computer to the site. It will be assigned several codes (html, img, etc)
3) Copy the IMG code and paste it in the message box on here and you now have pics.......
